- Bending mold controlled by a servo motor enable to produce high quality products up to the maximum radius 250R
- All Servo type is reducing noise and vibration, preventing unnecessary energy consumption during waiting next process
- By attaching a loading and an unloanding equipment, unmaned automatic operation is possible
- CNC Pipe Bending Machine are used for bending different kinds of pipes into different shapes for various uses in the refineries and pipelines and they have a very sturdy make and offer a high performance to the customers.
- It has excellent banding precision of the three dimensional complex products because it is designed with the manimum of 10AXIS.
- It can be formed with excellent quality of products whose maximum radius is 250R by controlling banding mold through the servo motor.
- The noise and vibration are decreased due to its all servo types, and it prevents energy from being consumed, unnecessary in the air.
- It is possible to operate unmannly automatically by being equipped with devices of loading and unloading of pipes.
- It is possible to replace 4 axes machining center by number 1 setting.
- It is possible to process both sides with 2 cutters simultaneously.
